DANCING FULL OF JOY

I think the title really says it all : “DANCING FULL OF JOY” .. YES… it is happy, full of fun, movement, joy … what more can i say. that i created it very quickly, without thinking, just following my muse? ok.. then that is what i will say. it was strange working … because i was 3/4ers asleep. i was diagnosed with shingles on friday and girls and boys.. i thought i knew everything about being tired….. but NOW i am flat out. shattered, exhausted. just imagine what my body all needs to deal with… cancer, chemotherapy, shingles, a virus medicine, a blood thinner, chronic fatigue….. and now THIS on top of it all. but still, i want to create art and i am quite happy that i actually managed to create another piece, completely different, a digital abstract, created in PaintShopPro… here a small photo of it.. hope you like that too

ooooooh… i am so happy!!! and another collage …….

ok.. now why i am so happy doesn’t really have anything to do with the collage i will be uploading…… but it just so happens that i managed to install.. or rather re-install my wacom intuos tablet YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY !!! i haven’t used this for ages…… because my little notebook could not handle it… so it was just collecting dust in my bookshelf. but now… with my NEW computer…….. my PC…….. i can use it again. i found it yesterday in one of the moving boxes … and today.. i downloaded the driver…… and am ready to go now……. for creating digital art :)))))))))) sooooo happy about that.

of course……. i will not negelct my collages etc…….. but it is just one more tool that i can use for creating art… i think i can really say now that i am a multi-media artist ?? wouldn’t you agree ??

so… now this is out of the way…. here my latest digital art… i called it .. COMMUNICATION. the full moon seems to communicate with the tree – a silent conversation is going on…. and when you are quiet and listen very carefully, you might catch one or the other whispered word… it is a magical moment.. an awesome moment…peaceful, meditative, totally zen.

... or in other words... can you smell it ?? do you notice it ?? spring is in the air.. most definitely... yes it is still cold - around zero degrees centigrade - it's been freezing last week but now the temps are going up slightly... but.. the sky is blue and the sun is shining and there is just that SPRING feeling ... and that inspired me to a new series.. a new collection of digital art. yes i know.. i have been complaining about my computer being not equipped for really creating digital art... but i have the time to wait for it to "work" and do the necessary renderings ... taking it's own sweet time.. so i am going wild on flowers an blossoms.. and her are my first creations of that series 🙂 here is a list of where all these floral designs can be purchased.. ….. i went digital. i could not resist… even though my computer is hopeless… too slow.. not enough RAM … the graphic card is not up to it… to get my digital art done it takes me hours… but.. ok. i could not resist and created two designs 🙂

i was inspired by Led Zeppelin’s great title Kashmir when creating this art…

Water Ballet

it’s been quite a while since i published some digital art. not because i wouldn’t want to… but because my notebook is driving me bananas. i had to buy a new one in a rush last year and just did not pay attention to what i bought……. it was a total miss 😦 … most of my graphic programs wont work on it – too slow, not enough ram .. etc etc. really frustrating for me.. as i love to create all types of art.. that is the reason why i stayed with traditional art for so long.. but now.. it was just the highest of times to finally go digital again. it took me about twice as long as it would have taken me on my old notebook (which was one fab machine!!!) … to create this.. the upload was like wading through honey .. and my filters and plug-ins are very limited. still…… i am happy with it.. and i hope you too.
